Happy Halloween Monster Blog Hop

Happy Halloween!

Sarabeth from Scrap Happie is the gracious host of this festive blog hop. If you've arrived from Beth's post, you're in the right place. If not, head on over here to start from the beginning.

I'll be back tomorrow with some craftiness, but today I wanted to share one of my favorite Halloweens. This is me and Hubby in our first home circa 2006. My MIL (hi, Diane!) was shocked to find out from my best friend during a family dinner (fortunately after Hubby and I had already gotten engaged) that I had gone through both the goth and metal head phases in my preteen years. Since I didn't allow a lot of pictures to be taken of me during that time, I thought Halloween would be the perfect time to recreate the image for her (of course, I stepped it up a few notches for fun... I did, however, date a few guys that looked like that).

Your next stop on the hop is Alison's place. Enjoy!

Cool, I not only went through those 'phases' as a teen, I'm still in them as a 30 something :) and actively encouraging my baby to follow
