This post was inspired by Jen's Most Anticipated Movies of 2010 at Daily Mish Mash.
I'm not a "must see it now" person when it comes to most movies, so watching them on demand or via Netflix a few months later is perfectly acceptable to me. However, there are a few flicks coming out this year that I must see on the big screen:
1. Eclipse
No explanation needed. (If you need one, you must be new to this site. ☺) If you know me at all, then you probably also know that this is a movie I'll see ten times more than once in the theater.
2. Alice in Wonderland
Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, and Helen Bonham Carter. Need I say more? These three musketeers are a dream team when it comes to bringing the dark to life. And the cherry on top is Alan Rickman. Not sold? Two words: Sweeney Todd. I rest my case.
3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part I
Because Snape is larger than life and thus deserves to be viewed that way. This is another one that I'll probably see multiple times. I'm on the verge of sobbing just thinking about this beginning of the end.
4. Sex and the City 2
I'm a little nervous that this sequel is going to ruin it for me, but I can't not watch it.
These movies I don't have to see on the big screen, but I'll anxiously be awaiting their rental:
1. Valentine's Day
With so many good-looking awesome actors, how can you not want to see this?
2. Remember Me
Because I love me some angst.
3. The Runaways
Joan Jett rocks, and as much as I rag on KStew, she looks like she rocks this part.
4. Letters to Juliet
Hubby will make fun of me for this one, but it looks too cute to miss.
5. Salt
Angelina Jolie + action = HOT
What are you looking forward to seeing in 2010?

First of all - you are WAY more educated about what movies are coming out in 2010 than I am. Secondly, I wish we could see Sex and the City together! I want to see that movie!!!! :) I love chick flicks. Thirdly, I want to see Eat, Pray, Love, though I am doubtful (of course) that it will even come close to skimming the surface of how much I loved the book. It just spoke to me. :)
Deathly Hallows and Eclipse are my top two. That Dear John one has my inner Lifetime buzzer ringing, but I doubt I'll pay real money for it.
OMG! We have practically the same list! I also have Toy Story 3-who can resist Buzz being re-programmed to spanish LOL!
I cannot wait to see Eclipse-it better be with Margie and I!!!!!

PS-thanks for the awesome comments :)
Looking forward to Valentine's Day...and soon I'll be saying I'm looking forward to Eclipse. :)
