For me?

Disclaimer: If you're a Twilight fan, the following post might make you jealous. ;)

I just had to share this fab gift that my girl Heather made (yes, made) for me. (For non-Twilighters reading, these are replicas of the mittens Bella wore in the movie.)

These little warm fuzzies almost make me wish it was cold enough to wear them. Almost.

Thanks for the lovelies, Heather! xoxo

Click on the link to the right if you want information about the pattern.

I just started to learn how to knit :) I'm going for my second class on Saturday! I must show her this pattern - they must show me how to do it! hee hee :)
Hope your well!!!

Oh, c'mon, now, you're making me blush. I'm so glad you like them! It was a delight to knit them for you. It's not every day you find the ideal pattern to knit for somebody.

See, you're the perfect knit-gift recipient. Knitters really only want to knit stuff for people who will really appreciate the gesture (usually this is either other knitters or people who've seen you knit so they know how much effort goes into it). There's nothing worse than spending hours on something and then having the giftee say, "Oh, a hat. Uh, thanks."

Margie, keep it up! Knitting is one of the most rewarding things I have learned how to do, and I can see myself doing it for the rest of my life. How many other hobbies are like that?

Now every time you wear your mittens you can think of Edward. At least that is what I would be thinking. :)
